She currently works as a Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/cz\/en.html\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">PricewaterhouseCoopers<\/span><\/span><\/a>, focusing on business and IT analysis and the management of IT projects across all stages of the software development lifecycle. She has successfully worked on process analysis and transformation, migration projects, as well as projects related to information security.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"1037\">Beyond her primary responsibilities, Lenka is actively involved in supporting startups. She is part of the Innovation and Startup Development stream, working with pre-seed and seed-stage startups. Within this role, she focuses on mentoring startups and non-profit organizations.
