She was involved in establishing two Shared Service Centers in the Czech Republic and later worked as a financial module consultant for an information system, gaining insights into both small, fast-growing businesses and major companies, both Czech and international. In recent years, her main focus has been Controlling \u2013 internal corporate accounting, performance monitoring and management, cost analysis, planning, and financial
