She specializes in business planning, particularly business models, which were the foundation of her Ph.D. dissertation. She has delivered keynote speeches to audiences of over 400 people, conducted dozens of workshops, and provided countless individual consultations. She co-founded and successfully exited the company Mlesa, and she currently leads Tiimiakatemia Prague, a professional bachelor\u2019s program at the Faculty of Economics and Management at \u010cZU, as its head coach. In 2023, she completed a Neuroleadership program, earning a certification as a transformational coach.
