Lucie Schovanková
Mentor
Lucie Schovanková studied at the Faculty of Economics and Management at ČZU before spending nearly five years in Asia (Malaysia and Hong Kong), where she focused prima rily on business development for the airline company Kiwi.com and supporting local startups. She joined Point One as a mentor after returning to the Czech Republic in 2016 (with a break between 2020-2023 before resuming her mentoring role). Since 2019, she has been working as a Key Account Manager at the technology HR company LMC s.r.o. (now Alma Career), which operates the largest Czech job portals—jobs.cz, prace.cz, and seduo.cz—where she manages key clients in employee development and training.
