Mentors and buddies

Mentors and Buddies play a crucial role in guiding members through Point One incubation programmes. They ensure that each member is moving in the right direction, provide valuable consultation on their progress, and help them overcome any obstacles they may face. During Incubation 1, members are paired with Buddies who serve as their partners.
These Buddies are typically senior members who have previously undergone any of the Point One programmes themselves and are now successfully running their own businesses. In the more advanced Incubation 2 and Acceleration programmes, members have the opportunity to connect with experienced entrepreneurs or managers who serve as Mentors.
