Incubation 1
Incubation 1 is designed for applicants with a business plan.
Main programme objectives
- Develop a comprehensive BMC
- Create a prototype for a product or service
Admission requirements
Membership in Point One is contingent upon successful completion of the admissions process. To enrol in the Incubation 1 programme, applicants must demonstrate a well-developed business idea and a strong desire to transform it into a tangible business.
Programme duration: 4 months (with the possibility of extending for additional 4 months)
Programme content
- Members can expect workshops focused on fundamental business knowledge led by experienced instructors. The programme may also include expert consultations whenever necessary.
- In Incubation 1, each member is paired with a personal guide, referred to as Buddy. Buddies assist members with their progress, help overcome obstacles and ensure that they are moving in the right direction.
- Workshop dates are fixed. Members organize their own work on businesses, consultations with Buddies or other experts according their availability.
- Once a month, a meeting is held for the members. These meetings provide an opportunity for everyone to connect, seek advice, share successes and experiences, and enjoy informal socializing.
- Each member will undergo two evaluation moments. The first is a mid-programme Interim Check to assess the member’s progress in the incubator. The second is a final evaluation to determine whether the requirements for successful completion of Incubation 1 have been met. During the final evaluation, the possibility of continuing in one of the follow-up Point One programs or extending the duration for another four months will be discussed.
