
Anna Skořepová
Expert – Gastronomy
Anna Skořepová’s life revolves around gastronomy. She graduated from the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources at the Czech University of Life Sciences. She has organized culinary courses and worked as a guide for foreign tourists in Prague’s restaurants. In 2016, she founded a company specializing in high-quality vegetable and meat broths, followed by another company a year later focused on producing lemonades. At Point One, she works as a lecturer, supporting projects related to food production and industry.
