Lenka Roztočilová has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development.
She began as a Sales & Event Manager at Four Seasons Travel and Liberty International. In 2015, she transitioned to recruitment at Hays International, where she built the Supply Chain & Logistics department from scratch and gained valuable managerial experience. Later, she held a business position at LMC (now Alma Career), working on projects such as employer branding for Commerzbank and NAKIT.
She is currently with the pharmaceutical company Merck.
At Point One, Lenka supports teams with sales strategy, negotiation prep, identifying client needs, asking the right questions, setting boundaries, and defining goals.
