Martina Holubová has been working in corporate financial processes since 2009. She was involved in establishing two Shared Service Centers in the Czech Republic and later worked as a financial module consultant for an information system, gaining insights into both small, fast-growing businesses and major companies, both Czech and international. In recent years, her main focus has been Controlling – internal corporate accounting, performance monitoring and management, cost analysis, planning, and financial analysis.
