Ondřej Homola

Ondřej Homola has been an entrepreneur since university. In 2013, he co-founded the HR startup StartMonday in Berlin, which went through the Startupbootcamp accelerator in Amsterdam. The company was listed on the Canadian stock exchange in 2016. Today, he focuses on developing fintech applications in Africa. As a mentor, he has worked with accelerators like Point One, Startupbootcamp Amsterdam, ESA BIC PRAGUE, and CzechInvest programs, as well as venture investors.
He enjoys working with early-stage startups, helping with testing and validation, business models, B2B sales, go-to-market strategies, pitching, and investor negotiations. He also contributes to the COVMASK.CZ initiative at ČVUT (protective masks for healthcare workers during COVID-19). In his free time, he plays bass guitar in Tomáš Matonoha’s band “Inspektor Kluzó.”
