Acceleration is designed for functioning startups that need to accelerate further growth.

Main programme objectives

Main programme objectives: Acceleration is a customized programme based on individual needs. At the beginning of the programme, members and their mentors will set common goals to be achieved in Acceleration.

Examples may include:

Increasing revenue
Increasing profitability
Increasing the number of customers
Strengthening the market position
Finding an investor
Streamlining marketing communication

Admission requirements

The Acceleration programme is open to either current members who have successfully completed the Incubation 2 programme or brand new applicants. In the latter case, successful completion of the admission process is necessary. From prospective participants in the Acceleration programme, we expect an introduction and analysis of their current business status, a description of their developed product or service, and a clearly formulated vision and mission.

Programme content

In the Acceleration programme, members benefit mainly from individual consultations with their Mentor and also with experts who can address their specific needs. If a member realizes they need to supplement their knowledge and skills covered in the workshops of the Incubation programmes, they are welcome to voluntarily participate in those workshops.
A qualified Mentor guides each member through the Acceleration programme. These Mentors are experienced individuals, such as entrepreneurs or managers, with years of practical experience. Mentors consult with members on their progress, help overcome obstacles and ensure that they are moving in the right direction.
Members organize their own work on businesses, consultations with Mentors and other experts according to their availability.
Once a month, a meeting is held for the members. These meetings provide an opportunity for everyone to connect, seek advice, share successes and experiences, and enjoy informal socializing.
Each member will undergo two evaluation moments. The first is a mid-programme Interim Check to assess the member’s progress in the incubator. The second is a final evaluation to determine whether the requirements for successful completion of Acceleration have been met. The possibility of extending the duration for another four months will be discussed.
